When I go to upgrade weapons, I don't know which weapons my characters are using? Is there a screen anywhere that shows what my guy is using for a weapon and what armor is in use? I can't seem to find this anywhere.

My favorite name for a weapon was Plan B, refering to a Blade of Tildarion that did fire damage and was equipped with a Master Fire Rune.
