I would like to use the amulet of barrier. Apparently you can get it thru special shipments box in skyhold from what a few have been saying on the forums, but I've been spamming for hours and it hasn't appeared. I'm starting to doubt that it doesn't appear at all in that box

You dont get the same rewards in shipments throughout the game. The loottable of shipments changes at least once. I noticed it after here lies the abyss but may be tied to a certain lvl as well.

I got the barrier amulet and it basically turns your warrior/rogue into a KE. I'm not sure if the barrier is awarded based on the number of hits or the dmg, but it indeed gives a huge amount of barrier. I use it on my archer tempest and it's as OP as a rogue will ever get.
