Okay so I wouldn't recommend this unless you have a decent amount on constitution and a Physical Immunity Amulet (since you don't need combat roll)

End Build: http://da-skills.net...110,010,D10,110

Abilities:

Spoiler

Gear:

Spoiler

The Basic way to play:

The closer to death you play the stronger your hits get. This was recorded at below 200 for all my stats (I think around 170 each, maybe 150)

My record for Dragon Rage is 25K each swing, stats when i got that are 270/309/200

This has the attachments and whatnot for all my character and weapons for reference: http://forum.bioware.../#entry19901524

P.S: sorry this isn't a good guide OP anymore. I accidentally deleted it one day so I had to remake, it didn't turn out as good at the first :(

Haven't played reaver for a while, but I thought Devour could go thru block.  Maybe it was only the Jedi block and not the Shield block.

If the dude is blocking with a Shield then yes you can hit him with devour again and again and again

I found the biggest problem with Reaver is your team mates.   Okay I am low on health and I going to devour this random archer guy... opps your team mates AE blasted everything around except for that invisible dwarven assassin heading your way.

I like any build where I can spam Fade Step and kill Despair demons by beating my brow

With Reaver it is pretty much necessary to have high constitution. She will do great damage but getting to the enemy before dying is what most people's problems are with her..that I have seen of course

I couldn't give up Rampage.

If you ever do it takes a but getting used to. But definitely better damage

Sounds like a fun build! But yeah, definitely certain requirements built in. I would say you basically need enough life/damage mitigation so that each hit doesn't do more than 20-25% of your life bar. Even then the spiky range of certain damage sources would be frustrating without good knowledge of mob attacks.

My build is combat roll, devour, rampage and dragon rage.

Do I serve the team well? not really, but hey. I'll stay alive for ever and ever :D

If only I had that amulet...  and that belt... and that greatsword.

Dropping Rampage is the way to go if you have enough promotions to make it viable.  The damage output from Dragon Rage is much better with lower health.  I average about 7.5K per Dragon Rage with a similar build.

Hipsters  :P

Edit: I must admit I often forget to activate Rampage because it is not even needed. Everything just melts in front of TEH REAVER!

Haha Shhh... Those you got must have been because I was lv.1, while using the negative health belt, and the sun hit my monitor at an odd angle!

I can attest to the truthfulness of this comment.  This is the ONLY time it ever happens to me too.  Anyone who says otherwise is a liar.

Let me guess, the reaver's contact lens popped out and she needed to fast crawl around to find it.

This sort of happened to me today on FC. My reaver was the only melee, but my companions decided it was best to attack the two guys I was feeding of rather than the archers on top of the walls... not to mention the times I've failed reaver due to my own stupidity "sure, let's charge that mage, oh the dragon has set me on fire! Pretty colours! - dies".

Paradoxically, the reaver has only became useful to me once I ditched devour  for the rampage+dragon rage combo -if only to finish the fight more quickly!

you have to read closely to the OP

Okay so I wouldn't recommend this unless you have a decent amount on constitution and a Physical Immunity Amulet (since you don't need combat roll

the OP has over 200 con. this build is meant for someone with a lot of constitution, even then you don't want to have too many bolters on you if you time it badly
