I literally have a video with a NM Solo so it is tested...and the belt only says increases speed below 50% health..it increases movement and attack speed as shown in the video

Yea I saw it myself what the belt does and it´s very great.

 

For those like me who do not have the Hakkon GS .... I tried this with Edgewise (I know the Armor bonus is not working or whatever) but with the increased attack speed the War Cry procs very often and it has a nice boost to constitution. ... paperguard withouth the passives but still very helpful.

It's cause your stats are so high you can take an ice ball to the face and have it just be a small scratch. You can Leeroy Jenkins your way through the map and the enemy is the only thing that ends up dead... well and other teammates who are nice enough to give you teabagging practice.

Take off al HOK and just use Dragon Rage, you will lose alot of health eventually, it is 2% per swing

It is fun. And once you get The Amulet you will definitely enjoy Pommel Strike, you get über damage out if it.
P.S: I will update with new video tomorrow afternoon. I am gonna do a more efficient run, maybe try it in HB and record it to see how it goes, if anyone cares lol

Great now all the idiots are going to use a reaver buold without rampage. The damage bonus at .5 of a life bar is 9k. But if I get touched I'm dead? I only redline the reaver against bigger enemies or dragons. I hardly use rampage but always get it. Pommel strike while good is like flank attack you miss too much for it to be great. And a reaver without combat roll is a reaver that I like to see but one that doesn't use warhorn idk. That's like the best ability she has lol.

1. That is why I said it is best if you have the stats and gear, not for everyone. As stated in the OP.
2. I redline my Reaver against EVERYTHING. Want to know why? ****-loads of damage.
3. Pommel Strike is more of an opening ability for when the enemy is rushing you, for a stun or quick kill. I can hit around 20K with no problem, and it is fast. So yes, incredibly useful.
4. I don't need combat roll, I have the Amulet of Physical Immunity, as stated in the OP you need the gear to work this best.
5. War Horn is most certainly not the best ability she has, that is Dragon Rage. She is built around that, it is the source of almost all of her dps. While yes, you can probably build her without DR it is a bit more difficult and not as useful (or so I'd imagine). While building without WH is incredibly easy, as shown in the video.

If you actually read the OP and watched the video you would see this build does excellent damage, I held off in this video so as to take it easy and show how it is done. I'm going to post another tomorrow to show it in its full potential, how it should be used.

One stray attack on NM or HB, and you're dead if you're redlining to get the full potential out of Urgency. Whether that's Qunari Saarebas / Shock Troopers leaping across the map, Venatori Mages / Traps, Dragon Trolls, etc.

 

Its not reliable. I can regularly get 8-10k+ Dragon Rages if I bring in RoP and lower my health a bit, but if people are relying on me to survive and carry, then it isn't worth the risk. . . Although, if I knew you were trying to redline in a game I'm in, you know I am going to try to get you killed--preferably by exploding nugs. That is actually a point in favor of you using this build.

 

If I had a Saarebas teammate constantly barrier on me however, it wouldn't matter what build I had and killing speed becomes pretty much a non-issue.

 

PS: As you finally observed exp caps are gone. WH wins on that the min-max promote faster front.

...oh wow...no both my claws at the end on him hit for around 13-14K....not 20K+ xD willpower will catch up to my other stats eventually but not right now

 

That's mostly due to guard smasher + MOP vs druffy's guard for the bonus damage to guard. Notice most of his hits are still within the 9k range once guard is down, and it required the MO potion to pull it off. You can do it too with guard smasher and MOP.

Yes, I have been saying it has pretty specific prerequisites. I never said it was the best build just my favorite. I wanted to share that fact, as I have said a few pages ago.

I made a video where I wasnt holding back, I was using the full potential and got way higher damage. I am waiting for it to convert to mp4.

I have no problem not getting killed even low health.

And yes for this weekend I am using WH for exp I know that lol

The actual DPS is actually pretty low despite getting big numbers, and it doesn't even get the biggest numbers due to lack of RoP. i.e. You really should try out RoP in place of one of those abilities. It works best when you redline as well.
