I played a darkspawn threatening match this morning and went from level 1 to level 10.  I've done that in perilous but never threatening.  Next map mostly the same people but demons... hit level 11.

Double exp bug rearing its ugly head again?  Faction bonus could be a reason, would be nice. I ran about 5 different 1st level characters in threatening last night of various types and was always level 7 or 8 afterwards.

I'll add that in that game, Jugger_nugs had started out in the lobby but never moved and quit midway through the first zone.

never mind bonus exp how about they undo whatever nerd rage tweak they added last week so that a level 1 doesn't complete a game with 5 gold medals and zero exp because random people joined and quit /dc'd /ctd,

 

bioware wont add extra exp for the overpowered factions because so many nerd raged about a bug where by ability kills gave double exp but if someone cast barrier then you could get quadruple exp, meaning it took less games to get from level 1 >20, then some enterprising folks figured out they could complete nightmare or heatbreaker by leaving and re-joining to refill potions and lives, and worse they could do it on the last 2 few mobs in zone 5 to swap from a lvl 20 to a level 1 char to insta promote it ........

 

get the game working so we can all enjoy it (I never cared about people using the quit to auto level mechanic) without having games that we solo grant zero rewards......

Had a threat game at noon vs horned devils, got about the same exp as other factions, ended up level 7 with my hunter.

How do you go from joining lvl1 mid game against darkspawn in threatening than go up 10 lvls? At best you get 7 lvls on that difficulty with the xp cap unless players have found a way to circumvent it.

Never mind, this game is rampant with exploits and sadly we have people on this very forum who congratulate and applaud it. Case in point, look up the number 1 ps4 player (whom ruggie) being called out and celebratory post made strictly for him on here.

on fc you can get 10 levels if nobody leaves the game, it seems they added a new xp drain mechanic so if anyone joins the lobby of an ongoing game then quits (even if they don't join the game) you loose there portion of exp, I started a game solo, saw the same guy enter the lobby list a dozen times (every time he did I got lag) I didn't have a single player actually join the game but at the end of it my level 1 was still level 1 all be it with about 90 exp gained .......yeah what a waste of 12 minutes on threatening

 

all the crying about people re-joining for fast exp has caused bioware to do something stupid that screws those of us just trying to play the game with open lobbies, but solo play is boring as hell....

 

so either the server is bugged out or they "fixed" something that wasn't broken to appease a handful of cry babies desperate to be number one on the promotion boards, **** like that makes me want to install cheat programs and solo nightmare in sub 10 minute games /
