So, I've finished a DA:O with my character died in the final. Now I'm going to play Awakening, and it seems that importing a dead character will allow you to play as him. So I'm assuming the import will change my ending to another, where the warden survived.
On the other hand, it seems that if you'll import your character to DA 2, your ending will be saved, even if warden died.
So the question is, if I'll use my dead character to play through all the DLCs (Awakening, Golems, Witch Hunt), will my 'sacrifice' route still be there when I'll import my save file from Witch Hunt to DA 2?

In DA2 you play as another character (Hawke):  his story is quite different from the HoF.

It's only the decisions that you made in Origins that will carry through:  your 'sacrifice' for example.

Do understand DA2 is about Hawke.  The Origins decisions have only a limited impact on the story.

It would depend on where you take the save file from.  If you take the save file from the DLCs or the end of Awakenings DA2 will be a world state where your warden survived.  If you take it from your final save on the original origins game where you character is dead, that's your warden's fate if you import from that save, but the game assumes you didn't do Awakenings and the other DLCs that take place after Origins if you import straight from Origins.

Bear in mind, different saves from different points (for instance, importing from Origins instead of Awakenings--or the end of one of the DLCs) causes other quests to become active in DA2.  Certain NPC's won't turn up, and others show up.
