Is there a Staff that has a % chance to drop or cause elemental mines?  If so, what is it called so that I know what I'm looking for.  And if not, can I have one plz? It is very important for my character development :)

There is one weapon that does that  (I have it in inventory), don't think it is a staff however.  You want a 'staff of skittles' I take it?

+42% Critical Chance

+6% Stagger on Hit

On Hit: Chance That Elemental Mines Spawn Around Your Target

Thanks.  I couldn't remember the name.  I could only think "helpful hazard" but knew that was the caltrops one.

Totally read that in Dalish's voice.

(Not at all helpful to the OP.....sorry 'bout that. ;) )

Would have to be in a snooty, condescending holier than though voice if that is the case.  For a group that gets their asses kicked so often by just about everything else the Dalish sure are snobs.

Wile E, I meant Bull's Charger. The "non" mage, who uses a "bow".

This is pretty close to the truth, this past few days I have finally gotten back to the SP game as I had stopped about what I figure was 2/3 through.  so the joke was regarding one of bulls chargers, the insane dalish one?  (or is it his mage that seems like a nutjob?)  In any case I am enjoying the SP again so will play to completion.

Vivienne is probably just a talentless hack using a retractable sword and spending Inquisition money on fridges instead of being an actual mage

If you have low stats it's worth it for the critical chance alone.
