What passives and or abilities allow a warrior to effectively regenerate stamina other than AA?
I'm running a 2H Templar with Flow of the Battle and my stamina drains way too fast. I already use Charging Bull to cast WrathPurge combo.

If you are getting hit a lot invest 2 points in sword and shield to get warriors resolve.  The stamina regens even if it hits guard/barrier.

That just may work. Is there any effective masterworks? Or I am better off using Hidden Blades etc?

There are some amulets that can solve your problem but they are quite end-game. Obvious examples will be death syphon and 2nd wind amulets.

second wind amulet gives you ton of stamina back when you kill. You can find one in fallow mire on the dead inquisition soldier near the place you can set up camp.

 

Bear sigil is also quite good for a templar as that sigil effectively halfs the stamina cost. Well that is what it comes down to anyways. If not that then superb or master stamina amulet.
