I have a question, hopefully someone can answer it.  In the Emprise Du Lion there is an operation that is unlocked.... the Broken Highway.  It does noy appear on the wat rable at Skyhold.  Am I missing something?  Appreciate any assistance.

Look for a pyramidal marker like the kind you use to open up the various regions. It will be labeled "Repair Judicael's Crossing". It will cost you 5 or 10 power, I don't remember which.

There are two operations availbale... Repair Judicael's Crossing (which I have completed) and Broken Highway.  The Juccael Crossing appeared on the war map... no problem.  The Broken Highway does not.  I have returned to Suledub cseveral times to see if the baron is the key, but still no joy.

There is no Broken Highway operation. There is Ruined Highway, but that is a landmark, not an operation.
