What about "Fears of the Dreamers" quest, where one of them is fear of the Blight? There was no Blight in the time of Elvhenan as far as we know.
Like I said: just because Solas stuffed the part of reality that was the "Fade" into a single physical space doesn't mean it somehow became like a physical space. Reshaping reality using the power of thought is the essence of the Fade. Putting aside the part where the blight may well have predated the Veil, there's no reason to think that the fear of the blight wouldn't physically manifest in the Fade.
