I am very close to the end and am starting to look toward end game gear to help me defeat the dragons and Jaws of hakkon and The Descent. From what ive seen the best available vendor gear is from the Black emporium but it costs a mint so any tips to get money?

The descent's bastion of the pure helps,
After killing the waves of dwarves just fast travel back and do it over again as many times as you like.
(The quarter master in the deep roads USED to be the best, but BW pulled the rug out from under us on that with the last patch.)
The only other way is to dup high value items and sell them.

The other way that I use regularly,
Is if you have JoH.
When you close any or all of the rifts,
Leave 1 type of item in the loot pile, of your choice.
Then fast travel away,
And right back again and all the rift loot piles will be full again.
Rinse and repeat as many times as you want.
(Just make sure you leave 1 type of item in the loot pile. I close all the rifts and leave all the rift loot piles with 1 item each. Fast travel to Skyhold and then back again. Then hit every rift loot pile over again and rinse and repeat.)
It generates a significant amount of items to sell for a good amount of gold.

Cheat Engine it. Faster and you don't have to worry about it. Though to be honest I find armor you make better if you have the right materials to make it. Guard on hit is amazeballs.

This is true,
But I do love getting a massive amount of veil quartz and fade touched materials by just looting rift piles over and over again.
Besides,
I'm on pos4,
So I'm SOL on cheat engines.
But I can still dup items from party storage in the undercroft.
