WARNING SOME SPOILERS FROM THE LAST DLC ...i know bioware knows alot of us wants to play are grey warden.i think there is a great way to do it without messing up the story for the people whoes warden died in origin.for dragon age 4 they should do it sort of like origins where at the start of game you can choose your origin. so for the people whoes warden was still alive can start with him and the people that there warden died start with a new person.at the start of the game we see how we find the cure just like what he was looking for in dragon age inquisition.i think it could work out since the inqusitor said solas knows how we think so we need new people.so i think my wardon would be great has the new protagonist for DA4. i know it will never happen but its a happy thought at lest to me
how the hero of ferelden can be in dragon age 4

Shouldn't have posted this mate. People are sick and tired of HoF threads here. This won't lead to anything good. ![]()

bioware already said that they can't bring back the HOF . he wasn't voiced so they can't voice him now and he is dead in their defaut word . so their is no budget for such thing

Yeah, this is ultimately the biggest hurdle towards incorporating the HoF.
Even if they just said "screw the lore, all the races and origins have the same accents", that's two VA's covering all their potential dialogue.

I would personally prefer if my Warden was left alone. No shame in wishing though if that's what you like.

Depends what the cure is. But I think it's a good idea to have the Hero's new story begin like Origins, where you can choose where you begin the game, and it recognizes your Keep data. At the start of the game you would design your Hero in the custom character creator.
My primary Hero would start out as King of Ferelden in Denerim having returned from the west. I assume he would be cured of the taint, since the Trespasser epilogue implies this.
My secondary character would start out wherever Morrigan and Kieran are, I would assume. And he would have to deal with Morrigan's possible servitude to Mythal, and Kieran having lost the soul of Urthemiel.
Also, I think we should be able to decide what our Heroes do with the cure. Do they cure themselves? Do they share it with others? For example, my primary Hero would cure himself and share it with the Wardens. My secondary Hero would not cure himself since he received Avernus' Power of Blood, and he would probably sell the cure to select Wardens in order to profit from it.

Huh... No.
Look, I'm the first to sneer at the way Weekes & cie handle the Warden* post-Awakening, but your idea is simply terrible:
- The HoF already has a potential substitute (remember the Orlesian Warden?)
- Whoever's Commander of the Grey in Ferelden is by the end of Inquisition the highest ranking surviving Warden in southern Thedas: given that fixing Clarel's mess should logically be on top on their priority list, bringing that character to Tevinter as next game's protagonist would demand another convoluted excuse
- Although the new hanging threads regarding the HoF or is/her successor will eventually have to be resolved, the fourth installment in the series is already going going to be loaded with the Tevinter/Qunari heating hostilities and whatever Solas is cooking: t'would be much wiser to keep the storylines where the Warden's presence would make sense (the Grey Wardens infighting, the possibility of curing the Taint, whatever the deal is with the Architect) on the backburner until the fifth installment.
***
Even if they just said "screw the lore, all the races and origins have the same accents", that's two VA's covering all their potential dialogue.
Technically they don't even need the screw the lore:
"- You sound very Fereldan for a Dalish/Native of Orzammar
- Oh yeah? Spend fifteen years ruling an Arling and you too will end up sounding like the locals"
***
If the Warden shows up in DA4, I'm throwing him out the airlock.
There wont be any Airships in Dragon Age until Solas tears down the Veil and kickstarts the Anachronism Age
* Seriously, if you don't want to bring a certain character back, don't write new plot threads involving that character! Would it have been too hard to have the HoF's letter say "Increased Darkspawn activity in the Deep Roads, busy down bellow keeping the blighters from pouring out topside. For Warden-related business on the surface, contact Commander Clarel of the Orlesian branch, thx" instead of that convoluted and potentially world-shaking new plot-thread regarding a cure for the taint?

The hero of Ferelden is a Mabari hound. Shouldn't be hard.
Ah the joys of reincarnation...
Edit: Actually, that's bloody brilliant. Hey BW, in the next installment we need a Mabari named Hero of Ferelden.

The trouble at Weisshaupt is actually an undead infestation that started when the Wardens opened the HoF's coffin.

The hero of Ferelden is a Mabari hound. Shouldn't be hard.
And Inquisition sorely lacked in that department. A Mabari teammate should be a mandatory part of every Dragon Age game

Oh you can definitely talk about the HOF!
...
... If you can time travel back to when it WASN'T already talked about for 999 times, each time with the exact same ring to it.
Seriously though, a simple google search could've prevented half of the RETURN OF THE HOF! threads because the devs have already said they're not gonna do it. Also these type of threads have been beaten to death already and making a thread about a topic that already has been covered is a bit pointless as well. Is it really that hard to swallow that maybe a bunch of the community are tired of threads like these?
Besides, you CAN talk about the HoF in general.
