It seems as though it loves to activate when you already have a walking fortress.  This is a little annoying, however I did get it to pop a few times on it's own AND At the start of Rd 2, "The Holy Grail".....       Walking Fortress chained in to a free Walking Fortress :)

No.. as it cannot be altered, your iteration of the fact beyond a calculation of mere seconds is brilliant.. bravo. 10."000"... just so.. wow. Many thanks. Much awesome.

It's actually a good piece of info, not sure what you're trying to say.

It's a low cooldown which is nice. And when it procs on the shield, you know the window you now have to use the ability to maximize the uptime.

I think the .000s is needlessly pedantic.  :D

Good Shield if youdont have much constitution. Once surviving becomes easy I recommend switching to March of the Everlasting, get a little more power out of your Lego and/or Templar. Just don't use it with Caliban, from what I've seen since this patch it completely takes away the damage bonus so you just do normal damage, use one or the other :/

I view Emperor Shield the same as Isatunal. For surviving, they are both great shields though, don't get me wrong

Why is March of the Everlasting considered better than the Dwarven Proving Shield?  They both have the 5% damage bonus and have about the same armor rating, but March has melee defense while the Proving Shield has ranged defense.   I thought ranged defense was prized more highly.

March has extra health attactched to it and Proving has cunning, it is really dependant on what you need. If you cunning isn't very high I recommend Proving but if you find yourself dying more from swords and not archers then use March
