... and I don't mean the flies that keep swarming me in just about every match.

 

No, I've been playing MP on the PC for about to weeks and I LOVE it!

 

BUT

 

The bugs are just about intolerable, and they seem especially bad this evening.

 

Here is just what I can recall off the top of my head:

 

Lost connection to lobby / match

Search match, join, immediately back to Select character

Game shuts down - no error no fuss just blink and poof I am looking at my desktop

Land in a zone with strange graphical glitches like no sky textures, cannot move or do anything, must Alt-Tab and close game

Endless loading screen when match begins

Lag that forces me to hop to keep up, like stuttering movement

Audio goes totally silent at start of match and until I reboot game

In the middle of match and suddenly the level is rebooted and there are twice as many monsters

Monsters freezing in place and invulnerable / no HP - giant trolls just standing there

Every Routine match is in the Dragon castle

 

 

I mean really.  I can tolerate some bugs but it's almost unplayable.

 

Surely not everyone on PC deals with these same issues?  is there something I need to enable in Origin or do to my settings - or any thing that is causing all this havoc?

Seriously, though... I literally experience none of those except occasions lag or match desync, which is not a bug per se, but it largely the fault of bad net code.

LOL, that's like a laundry list of the bugs I've run into... today.

Every Routine match is in the Dragon castle - Haven't played Routine, so I can't comment on this...

 

Yeah, it seems to be particularly buggy today for a number of us. I usually get one or two of these issues a day, but today nearly 50% of my matches had some kinda bug. Weekend events tend to be most glitchy...

Also, I have been thrown into some sort of alternate Disneyland Hell.  Bird-beaked plague doctor mages everywhere, a giant buffalo (DRUFFALOLOL) commander who wants to be a Red Templar, endless hordes of rabid exploding rabbit creatures called NUGS, 3 and 4 floating Party City guys around every corner, rampaging minotaurs, and fellow Disneyland visitors who keep exploding the damn rabbits while I am standing by them.

 

Oh wait those aren't bugs?  That's intentional?

 

The MP gods are trolling us hard, this weekend!  HARD, man!

Every single time I enter a match in mp, without fail, t takes me forever to enter the game and when I do my ability list isn't there. I can't target enemies, move my mouse to look around (I can only face the same way my character is facing), I can't auto attack, see my own or any one elses health/energy bars etc... 

 

Seriously, all I want from DAIMP is to kill a damnhigh dragon to unlock the furnishing option in skyhold, but as it is currently that's impossible.

I haven't played DAMP since February and it seems like it still has all the shitty problems it's always had. What a disappointment DAMP turned out to be in every way.
