Hi, maybe you can help me. Few months ago my computer died so I had to buy a new one and I lost all my games. Now I'm trying to get them back, but I can't. My Origin account is empty, when my game codes  get "already taken". I try to log in into my Bioware account and I cannot. I'm sure I'm using right e-mail adress and password. How can I get back my games? There was a lot of stuff- all Dragon Age games and some DLC and I wanna it back :<

Origin accounts with activated games don't get deleted or have their games reomved because of inactivity.

Log into your existing account and you'll have your games. You can't create a new one and redeem games you've already redeemed earlier, that's why you get the already taken notification, those games are still tied to your original account.

The point is, I can't log in into my old account. I was using only one special e-mail and password for my Bioware and Origin account- but when I try to log in, they had switched me to "create new account". Few times. I use my old e-mail to create new account- the same e-mail I was using on account I lost.

If you still have the correct log-in details for the previous account, contact EA support and let them check the account and its recent activity. Might be it was hijacked. If that is the case, have identification data at hands that you can use to prove you are the legitimate owner of that account (name, birthday, original log-in EMail, credit card number if you bought anything from the store or game product keys for retail games that you registered on the account). If it was hijacked and you can prove it's yours, they can give it back to you and revert any changes that might've been made since then.

In case of a hijacking, I'd also recommend changing your password for the associated EMail account and if you had credit card details saved on it, check with your bank for unauthorized transactions. Keep in mind that EA will refund unauthorized charges from a hijacked account from their end so don't charge back Origin purchases via the bank, that can get your Origin account in trouble if not cleared with EA.

Make use of the two-step verification for increased account security!

Ok, thanks for help. I'll try to contact them once again. We will see if this would help. Thanks again.
