So, the original human inhabitants of Par Vollen built pyramids that appear to line up exactly with the Solium constellation. And there's a codex entry explaining that Solium may actually refer to Elgar'nan.
In addition, there are reliefs on the walls of the pyramids depicting giant horned people "always in a position of authority and respect." And since the primary purpose of the pyramids doesn't seem to be to house the dead, what are they for? Especially considering the humans that built them just rolled over and accepted the Qun, almost as if they were expecting it...
Could Elgar'nan, being the "god" of fatherhood and vengeance, be behind the whole... qunari dragon blood stuff? I honestly have no idea where I'm going with this, but I thought it was interesting.
