Hopefully you can see in that screenshot that I have the promotions enabled on my social bioware account, and I have installed all of the extra content, yet when i log into the game it says most of my DLC is unauthorized. I've only used this one account, and it states there on the right side of the screeny that it is enabled.

I have the Cerberus network thing enabled but stuff like the Dragon Armor, Incizor Rifle or whatever its called and the Collectors Armor wont work.

So seriously, I mean WTF is going on? This DLC setup thing is really friggin annoying, had identical problems with Dragon Age. Anyway any help would be much appreciated thanks.

I just remembered that I possibly had installed some of the DLC (the ones that are unauthorized) before putting in the redeem codes. Could this possibly create this problem? Also to uninstall the DLC can i just delete the folder from the ME2 folder and that will completely remove it?

Hi, mine is similar. I installed the ME2 on my laptop. But after that the laptop is dead. Maybe the video chip is fried or burned. So, I installed the ME2 on my desktop now. BUT even if I downloaded all of the DLCs, when I started the game, it says all of my DLCs are not authorized.......... what should I do???

I have the same problem as Wensicia, anyone find any fix? My issue is I used the promo code, downloaded it, but where I'm located, the cerberus network maybe blocked. Can the content be accessible without cerberus after it has been downloaded?

Once it is installed, it needs to be verified with your account, at least the first time you fire up ME2 with the new DLC installed. After that, it shouldnt need Cerberus Network connectivity every time.
