If it was for me, I'd have it removed and replaced with the teacup thrower.
It's not that bad if one equips Incendiary Teacups.
Leave the Teacup Thrower alone! It works fairly well as a melee weapon, besides it was the first Rare I unlocked and I got all excited and stuff and I won't let you haters trash my happy memories of 20 minutes of spectator mode on Condor.
