So true.
Try chilling on a couch like Dos Bros with a mouse . Try harder. Nope. No go.
PC 's are workhorses in our home, with dead serious settings around them - bills, tax collection, folders etc. In fact, a poster with the motto : " shouldn't u b doing something else?", would feel right @ home there.
My daugthers won't touch one of those ugly grey bulky pc boxes anyway - it's a challenge in itself to convince them that laptop was never intended for a lap- just as an ipad is never really handsfree....

I have a ps3,360,and multiple pc's.I never touch the consoles because my pc is better in every way.I use a Xbox360 controller for PC,or a trackball mouse with my k/b.I'm always comfortable playing,because I didn't buy my desk and chair from Wal-Mart,instead I spent the money on decent stuff.Oh,and don't get me started on the frames.

I'd ask my husband to build a beautiful case of black, plexiglass, and purple Phobya cables - preferably with a tiny power plant inside that could provide for a small Mongolian village. If had the spare cash to invest in those. But not happening atm because reasons.

 

My laptop is good and pretty in its shiny blackness, as it is my work tool - altough I admit often working on the couch, for variety. Oh, and I can so vividly imagine Fuenf's daughters not wanting to go near any totally ancient-looking machines.

However, I don't want to derail this thread any more than it already has, and before it devolves into comparing houses, cars, jobs, or the number of ponies, I'll just say: enjoy your machines, whatever they are, and keep playing.

Krogan Shaman is one of the few characters I'll take to platinum. I love him, too. Just need to give some love to the squishies and curvies as well.

Too bad you don't play on PC. I'd play Krogan Shaman with you. It's even more fun if you have several of them at once, all specced for Barrier explosions. It's hilarious once you see mooks being thrown around like pinballs. Phantoms? Who cares, they go flying into the next wall... or up into the air if you're outside.

 

Just imagine 4 massive Krogans in heavy armor rushing into a spawn, all detonating their barrier at the same time and all enemies being thrown around and squished by the force.

Yep. That is a beaut - the GTx 660 ranges from 230€ - 2200€( asus clocked at 1GHz)) a piece. Gamer PC's are a class in its own (like comparing the BMW M5 (pricelist) with a standard 5 series BMW )

What are missile glitchers?

kids who use an infinite missile launcher exploit on pugs, They don't do it in private because they are so awful at the game.

 

The more harmless version is making the ugly thing invisible on your back, mainly for cosmetic reasons

One time I took the striker on my krogan sentinel and joined a gold lobby. I was kicked immediately. But after waiting a few minutes I quick searched and joined a game in progress with the same people that kicked me. I ended up outscoring them and the kill feed was constantly filled with 'PATPATPATlol Striker Assault Rifle'

I still think it's a pretty fun gun. Might take it out for a spin next time I play now.

I never see a pug use a rocket to clear out a mess of mooks and/or boss units before reviving someone, there by allowing their shields to recover and any other players in the area to take a second to reload, get their shields back if needed and go kick some more butt
 
When they dont, they got down how to create a revive loop, get that downed player synch killed and bleed out!

I do that all the time. You mean this isn't common knowledge? 0.o

Just realized..the Carnifex.....I never see it in pugz anymore...memba dem olden times when vanilla asaridepts with carnifex was normal in lobby's..sometimes there were more than 1 of them...I love it's firing sound when someone else uses it...sounds like a hunting rifle going off...

There is one funny thing, that I haven't ever been able to repeat. Hacked Atlas sync killing Phantom.

I've been using the Incisor a fair bit in the past week or so and Scimitar AIU is a pretty fun combo for gold as well. Also did a Predator GI on Collectors Condor and well, we made it but my trigger finger hurt afterwards.
