Something always bothers me : the open windows in the Inquisitor's bedroom. It's freezing outside, you even have a fire to warm the room, but nobody ever close these windows ! No wonder Dorian speaks about Blackwall's ability to keep you warm at night, if romanced.

Heh even though I've used the cold and mountain climate as a writing device, I think most of Skyhold is magically enchanted. We're in the mountains, built on a large, rocky outcrop, and the climate within Skyhold is warm enough to accommodate grass and trees. I don't think it's that cold compared to the surroundings. Now, the forces camped in the valley below Skyhold... they have it rough.

Actually, being able to peer through the windows was enjoyable for me. One of my fave moments is when I stepped outside of Leliana's office to peer inside for a bit. This was something that required mods in Skyrim, so it was noticeable for myself.

My pet peeve is how heavy the inquisitor's breathing is when she sits in judgment. That coupled with her pot belly and I feel like she's about to go into labor right there on the throne.

She just finished a large pot roast dinner.  Food baby!  I'd rather see her with the food baby than with her legs spread all wide on the throne like a dudebro riding on public transit.

Lol, if she was chomping down on a large turkey leg it might not look so bad. :D

The Inquisitor's auto-dialogue makes them look up and go cross-eyed, as if they are caught in the throes of passion from some invisible lover...

"I'll have what she's having..."

  :P

Going back to the same spot I was at a few moments ago to collect shards aftrer using the skull

Leaping shot sending me over the edge or sending me so far back that I have to fight the demons again at a rift.

- No flying mounts. Nothing but different varieties of horses. All of those pretty land animals and not a single one crafted with the ability to fly. Such a shame.

Obviously someone never used their mount to ride down a cliff face.... :D

Never use mounts.

Someone else probably mentioned, but the game has to reload when entering the undercroft or Inquisiors quaters

That the only companions you can punch are Solas (deserves it) and Dorian (doesn't).  After the whole 'revelations' thing, my inky really wanted the opportunity to punch Rainer in the face at least once before forgiving him.

This has probably been mentioned, but the pop-up window in Chateau d'Onterre (spooky mansion in Emerald Graves) that tells you how to search for hidden stuff, despite going through the rest of the game knowing it. Gee, thanks, pop-up box, I'd'a been lost without'cha!

That's normal. You'll run out of banter if it fires too often. Back in  my day we had to wait upwards of an hour for a single banter to fire.

In the quest to save the citizens at the quarry in Emprise Du Lion, when you climb up the ladders to get on a platform only to be knocked off by an NPC who obviously doesn't give a **** about you or anyone else. It's so annoying! It's happened to me far too many times to be a coincidence.

Those damned citizens! I just got you out of the cage! Go back to town! Stop hanging around the red lyrium! It also bothers me that I can't free the ones in chains that are still mining away after all the ruckus

I dislike how there is such a variation in the romance content for each interest.  Some feel like a lot of time has been put in (Sera) however they have ignored potentially great characters that with some expansion could have had amazing.  They almost glazed over Cullen's lyrium addiction, save for what felt like a few cutscenes.

Something extra trivial, is the eyebrows.  Why are they always so dramatic?   They are either furrowing with a fuelled passion or raised to the high heavens.

Isn't that humming the sound of the ancient elven weapon that the Orlesians set off?

It is??????  How did I not know that? I always thought it was just the background music track in that area.  :o  I usually clear the big fortress last, so I never noticed that it stops after that!!!  This is wonderful news!  I may be able to circumvent the wretched sound after all!! ^_^

Also, I whole heartedly agree about missing TACTICS.  I loved setting up my tank to sheild bash anyone who messed with me.  I loved having my healer actually heal me whan I was down.  And I loved having templars render mages useless for me.

In DAI, I feel like the skill trees are useless.  My crew never use the abilities when they should.  AND, I hate that when I see Cass or Bull fighting the big bad, and I, little rogue that I am, start taking out the archers...TTHEN, lo and behold, my tank stops what they are doing to run up a hill to kill the archer that I am taking out.  It...is...stupid.  They ALWAYS try to fight whoever you are fighting!  Why?  It turns into a complete mess on the battlefield.  Ugg!

Hum... set your tank to follow himself/herself in the "behavior" menu and they won't do that again ;)

Mine would have to be finding operations to build bridges and having to warp back to Skyhold, go to the war room, assign an advisor, then warp back to whatever map I was on. That really takes me out of whatever I'm doing on those given maps.

Would have been nice to have some of Leliana's messenger birds at some place on those maps where you could send the order to them or something. Then a fade to black screen and it's completed without me having to leave.

Nothing major, just annoying. *sigh* Plus the few maps that have no merchants, like the Fallow Mire, where I either have to drop stuff or leave. The environments are gorgeous and I really immerse myself in what I'm doing. Sucks having to stop and leave for something that takes a minute to complete.

*dives back into her 8 or 9th playthrough*
