How in the world do you turn somthing as simple as DLC into a twelve step CLUSTER F***?

Add equal parts EA, BioWare, and GameStop, combine...enjoy the clusterf***, not your DLC. Seriously, how do I get this damn code to work?

I remember a day when I had 25 characters that I had to type into xbox.com and dlc would download instantly to my xbox. That was some crazy tech that everyone managed to use except EA it seems.

oh i ****ing put my codes on the wrong email address so now im trying to figure out on how to contact EAsupport but you also need an account for that and it wont let me sign in it is ****ing amazing. oh and to get the cerburis network code you can go on the xbox and it will ask u for the code on the xbox

im still trying to ****ing get my guy from ME1 into ME2 put it wont find the save. aslso IDK y the **** they cant just ****ing make the codes as if they were ****ing jew-soft points like everything ****ing else

I cant get my blood dragon armor ceberus network or the armor and gun in the special edition. Its retarded i payed extra for this yet i dont get nothing out of it. EA is so retarded im waiting for bad company 2 and im sure im going to have the same problem. Im on the suport line and the guy is like Please hold our longest waiting customer os over 20 minutes. He said that 45 mminutes ago!!!



Also the chat support says that my password and username are wrong hmmm om loged in here rite soo again ****ING FAIL!!!

I also put the code onto the wrong account, this is bull****. I try to get into a live chat and they cancel the request when it's my turn.

EA and bioware should know that i will no longer be purchasing ther half made products! And i suggest you fix my damn problem!!!

Email, EA, for some reason their chat is not working... very frustrating. They should be able to link your account or transfer the code based.

They get back to you or have it resolved in about two days.

hey, just for the record, i had no issues with DLC and have had nothing but good experiences with Bioware...not that it matters...is there anyone out there who does not have the blood dragon armor? i just realized i never used my code that came with my PS3 game because the guys at the game store gave me an extra card that I used instead...not selling it, giving it away to someone who didnt get it for some reason
