To be honest, I was so pissed when the amulet came out that I did not play for a whole week. I have always HATED being staggered or knocked down.. well all loss of control of my character, and all the disables from the new factions does not help at all. The amulet is SO game breaking that it is not even funny. I was evaluating whether I should just quit outright or spend XXXXX hours trying for a 0.000000001% drop chance to get it.

 

Well Fallout 4 looks better and better.....

 

Yeah, too bad the best item in the game can't drop off the hardest difficulty...grumble.

100 Health / 10% Melee Defense

 

10% Attack / 10% Magic Defense

 

10% Critical Chance / 10% Ranged Defense

 

 

50/50/50 Would hurt a little bit more. I'd probably grumble and refuse. Kmeeg...yeah he'd prolly do it. 

 

 

250 Health / 25% Melee Defense

 

25% Attack / 25% Magic Defense

I too have slowed down the promoting, big time. Running FC speed runs for 2+ months didn't help either.

Well that's a huge problem.

From what I understand "nothing was changed in the dragon loot table". Meaning none of the new items drop from the dragons

Believe me, the amulet is one of the best accessories to date, but like all lvl 27 weapons I dont believe you can get a duplicate of it. Its great on nightmare, you could probably solo nm at lvl 1 if you have enough promotes now there is a major exception to it which is it doesn't relieve you of the most dangerous effects like frozen and panic. Those are the most dangerous in heartbreaker but manageable in nm. Either way it's a nice addition to the loot table and more balanced than it's made out to be since your not gonna solo speed run through hb demons any time soon.
