Cullen only voiced himself. As for Greg Ellis i have no idea.

In DA games or DAI? Cause I don't know what other characters he voiced in DAI, but in DA he voiced Anders in Awakening and some minor NPCs in DAO and it's DLC's like Ash Warrior Leader.

He probably liked this Inquisitor less than the one in DA (not my video)

I think he voiced the dad in Shale's DLC. Mathias or something? Besides that and Cullen mostly unnamed NPC's. I remember a guy from a board quest that you meet randomly by traveling in Origins. Maybe he voiced the dude with the braid from the Warden's Keep DLC too.

Greg Ellis does a looooooooot of voice acting. He only voiced Cullen in Inquisition, though.

 

(Actors with major roles don't tend to also play random NPCs; probably partly a time thing and partly because they don't want players to wonder what Cullen is doing wandering around the Emprise du Lion in the shape of a dwarf.)

Be still my pitter patter heart.  I love Greg Ellis.  He made me crazy over Anders in Awakening but I like him much better as Cullen.
