The group I run with (even if it is just two of us pugging) will get our own individual doors as we pass them and the others will keep pushing. If I am in a pug and see someone open a door and struggle with what is within then I will turn around, clear it out, and leave to finish up the map without killing too much time. But if I am at the end door with the key drop and they decide to backtrack....no, that slows down my gold/hr..I'm good

If you can't solo the room - no matter what comes - don't open the door.

there is no logic, and this DAI MP is not cooperative anymore, almost everyone just want to get gold or harvest XP, that's all, it would be a lot better for everyone if we could cooperate more, like in ME MP

I can understand players wanting to speed through threatening, since it's such a bore even with lvl 1s. I picked up most of the gold I came across as well as freebie doors, but I skipped a few treasure rooms as well.
I always wonder what new players think about playing threatening with someone who is completely overgeared and overpromoted for the difficulty. During one zone 5 fight they just stood around and watched as my Izzy bolted everything to death as soon as she could target it. Can't imagine that to be fun, but it's Bioware's fault for forcing us into a lower difficulty for 10 games.

You mean everyone goes full rambo and tries to be the first to rush the spawns? Because that's how most of the good me3mp players used to play. The only teamplay we had was in biotic/tech squads and even then we had to remind everyone to stick together.

He's got a good point, too many farmers, too few gamers.
And while cooperation has taken a hit from overbearing gear and stats, at least it's still social.

Maybe after hundreds and hundreds of hrs in damp and still get bs out of chests you'll skip the gold too. As for the healing font who cares its not your teams fault your dead. Plus skipping that results in tea bagging

I wouldnt mind a promotion system in ME:A MP, as long as the effects of promoting are front-end loaded.
The fact going from 10-->100 in each stat gives you ~2x effective health, but going from 100-170 gives ~3x of your effective health @100 is crazy.

As I've said before, from my perspective, of all the strategic blunders made in DAIMP (PC port, netcode, RNG, console optimization, etc.,),
the largest was making each promotion make the character stronger.
Where does this lead in the end?

What I don't understand is why loads of people just rush though and walk all the way back to open treasure rooms. why not just open them and you find em. Mobs will come at you anyway.
This, so much. It takes so much extra time to backtrack every single time.

I think elementalist has the most annoying F4 especially if you spam it. "Hey, come here!" Very loud and obnoxious.

He is kind of a jerk. The necro is kind of a b*tch. I think they are perfect for each others.. fire and ice. The reaver is probably their child.
