For a 5/5/5/5/5 build.

I've never used one myself.

When I want all powers, 4/4 passive fitness split works on most kits. Only one kit for me in the game where I mostly go no fitness (Geth Engineer).

 

And an all 5 split is a very un-efficient killing machine. So learn to play, git gud, and all that stuff.

Does auto level actually give you a good build?

Yeah a 55555 build only allocates 75 pts...leaving 9 pts left over to spend in a rank 6 evo.

Interesting the GE was mentioned.  I have him as a 55655 build myself, and I believe he's the only character I have set up like that.

^ If you're going to be adding a cyclonic mod 3 or 4 on him, then for sure skipping fitness is the best route. I only ever put points in his fitness when I don't want to use any cylonic mods or only the level 1 & 2 ones. But I've never found a build that satisfies me enough for when I do put some points in fitness thus far...

 

Hunter Mode speed is also too big of an evolution to be skipping in my opinion.

I would never take him to Plat matches then.  With only 350 health, having that huge & quick-recharging shield buffer even while in HM makes a very noticeable difference.  And I used HM speed for a while, but it didn't really matter with my GE.  That's a much bigger deal for my GI.

Dont spec into Tactical Arrows. Just max Cryo Drain and you'll be fine.

I've never used a 5/5/5/5/5 build, but the Geth Trooper 6/6/6/6/6 build makes for an incredibly OP character. You don't even have to flamer if you don't want to. Or if you want the tankiness you can leave off HM (which I never do).

I really wish Get Trooper had any other bonus power instead of Flamer. Heck, I'd even take reading glasses.

Yup - 55655 BatSent; pretty much the same as my build but I do a couple of evos differently and use the Kisock... because BatSent!
