Someone just asked me where I'm from, and I instantly thought to respond with a location in the ME universe as a joke (this includes Andromeda). It's a good question though. Where would you like to be from? Which species would you want to be, and why?

 

I would like to be a Reaper from dark space, so I can make the horn sounds all day long and squash annoying people with my ginormous boot.........you know what they say about big feet, don'tcha?

 

Still haven't decided what my name would be. And no, "Sluggard" is already taken.

Earth in the Mass Effect universe sounds like it sucks, so I'll go for Elysium. It is described as an Alpine paradise, so I kind of picture the countryside looking like the more scenic parts of Switzerland:

I'll be a Krogan, named mordin. One of the first post-genophage. Reduntant organs sounds like fun since I'm not the most careful girl anyway. Also I always wanted to be of intimidating stature.

Yep. Ditto. One thousand years of life as a member of one of the most respected and innately powerful races in the galaxy. A definite no-brainer for me. Plus, scalp maintenance can't be more difficult than hair maintenance. lol

In the Mass Effect Universe I would prefer to remain human, but I would have really enjoyed living on Feros and exploring the Prothean ruins (post-Thorian/Geth). Feros intrigues me. I would be one of those eager exoscientists fresh off of Earth to sign up with ExoGeni Corp. Unfortunately, given the company's sordid dealings, I probably would have ended up a husk or Thorian creeper. If lucky, i'd clear out and tidy up a little penthouse in one of the undamaged and stable skyscrapers.
