Option 1:
- Your only companions are Bodahn and Sandal Feddic, both of whom don't actually fight alongside you in combat.
- Bodahn just follows you around the battlefield saying "Are you sure I can't interest you in this hat? A pair of earrings perhaps? A cheese knife?"
- If you aren't paying attention to him 100% of the time, Sandal will continuously run off, forcing you to abandon your current quest and go find him again.
- When you do find him again, he will be standing beside a frozen/dismembered/incinerated High Dragon that you have now lost the chance to kill in-game. Also, because you didn't kill it you have now lost a character level. There is no way to access an earlier save and fix this.
- All Sandal will say to you is "Enchatment" or "Not Enchantment"

Option 2:
- The protagonist is Shmooples the_________ (you choose which generation you are). You may also choose which tiny Orlesian shoes you wear.
- The antagonist is Oghren who will spend the entire game trying to cook and eat you.
- The only way to pacify Oghren is to spend the game scouring Thedas for bottles.
From now on, battles will be replaced by games of Wicked Grace.
I honestly want a Wicked Grace minigame so badly. A repeatable cutscene would be acceptable in a pinch.

I would absolutely play that. And I get the feeling Patrick Weekes would happily write it.
(The impression I get from Twitter is that, along with more death and/or tragic romance, Patrick is constantly trying to insert more sparkles and musical numbers. It's just that the glitter and singing are constantly vetoed by Mike Laidlaw so the death and angst are what actually made it into the game ...)
