From what I understand, the person who hosts the server (i.e. the Leader) we are using their internet connection to host the multiplayer game. The problem is that this gamer might have the worst internet connection so all the other players suffer from lag and rubberbanding. I would hope DAIMP devs/support can do something better to choose the leader or host of the server or address the rubberbanding issue. Has this been looked into already?

This has already been fixed once. I remember back in the day, you had to jump after every single Combat Roll or Fade Step, otherwise you would teleport back to where you started. And this was on good connections! Don't even get me started on the laggy games!

Yes rubber banding and real lag is much improved from what it was can still be bad at times. For some reason I am a terrible host performance wise even with a cable modem and in a large urban location. I try and avoid hosing it I can, at least on perilous or above.

My internet is so sh*t that I often get lag on excellent hosts. But it's a good thing. The game would probably be too easy if I could reliably tell where I was or where the enemies were. Or, you know, move.

My only problem right now it's that sometimes i can't start the game with a group(the initial scene start but them a black loading screen appears), but i can join a running game with no problems, no idea why.
