My speculation...what if they are adding the choice mechanics for the advanced versions of the skills like they did in single player?

- Fixed an issue that caused the Horn of Valor effect to not apply when granted via an item.

 

Tested earlier after DL'ing patch...still not working for the Hakkon Greatsword. This is getting old & ridiculous.   

They probably need to do some flipping of switches on their end before everything starts working as intended^TM.  Just wait till the patch notes for MP are posted, then give it a try again.

Since this is the last patch, I assume any bugs caused by this patch will never get fixed.

 

So, key drop issues, and other things, we will just have to live with for the rest of our DAMP playing careers.
