At least the all bisexual way doesn't exclude or limit people's choices.

If they are gonna use the all bisexual approach then they need to write different dialogue approach for male and female, imo. Anders in Dragon Age 2 had some of this, but not enough. I am all for it, aslong as it feels natural and not tacked on just for the fans. After all not everyone in Thedas is bisexual.

I like the idea of different dialogue for different gendered PCs.  However, you then run into the issue where people complain about that.  See Zevran and Anders.  I know that it's all about how it's implemented, but it really seems like people will complain about whatever they do sometimes.

There's something to be said for this.

Want to romance Dorian? Roll a dude.

Don't want to roll a dude? Ok - roll a dude.

Yeah, I've been saying for a while now, in practical terms, all-bi romances makes the most sense, at least for the time being. It allows the most players the access to the most content, and, in terms of LGBT portrayals, it helps to undermine the idea that people 'can't see' a character as being not-straight by giving these characters whose personalities and storylines have not been seen for LGBT characters before, at least in mainstream media.

You want more expansion on that, check out my posts in the Gay KISA thread. I start talking about it, I find myself standing on a soapbox made out of soapbox, yelling into a megaphone...
