Hello all,

 

I've played this game for 8 hours till i realised i was using a default world state, so i deleted this game and now want to start over.
before i do thou i want to make sure everything is correct. so my questions are:

I've sucessfuly imported data from origins/awakening and dragonage 2, does dragonagekeep enter the choices
i made (in dragonage origins,awakening,2) automatically in the right way or do i still have to do everything manually? there are also 'hidden' choiches what are those? does this mean i missed something in the previous dragonage?

When i made a world state i could choose heroes from origins and from dragonage 2 but it also asked me
a heroe for dragonage inquisition (which i have not yet made), since i want to start over (i choose a female dalish warrior now) but if i start the game and make something diffrent than that will it automatically  change?

 

How can i absolutly make sure when i start the game that the right tapestry is loaded?

 

Sorry if it could be finded somewere but i could not find the correct answer for my questions.

You can find detailed guides to using the Keep here.

If you see your DAO and DA2 characters in the Keep, it might be applying your choices correctly. But it might not. You should probably go through everything to be sure. This will also give you a chance to change things, if you want.

You can skip the Inquisition section. You probably should, to avoid spoilers.

When you start the game, you can't tell right away, but as soon as you can talk to Varric you can check by asking questions about Hawke's friends. But, do note the timestamp on the world state you import. That should tell you whether you're importing the right one.

Thank you for your replies, when i check the link, for me its still not clear how to make choiches en see which choices already made.

so i think its like this (correct me if wrong please)

When i click on tapestry i see loads of icons (except dragonage inquisition tapestry ofcourse) so the icon (picture) i see is the choice that is set at the moment?
When i click one icon, more icons appear (example nature of the beast) i see a face of half men and half were wolf when i click on it
there are loads more choices, but again brokered peace has the same picture (icon) half man and half werewolf when i click that it stated as the first option
the werewolf were cured of there decade long curse (etc). so this is the option presently active? and when i want to change that
i just go right and click another icon (in this case it does not need to be changed as its the right choice)? and the other subcategories in nature of the beast works the same?

and what about the hidden one's, what is that?

Hidden ones are supposed to be those that you have not unlocked in the other games. Nonetheless manually check them all because sometimes you are able to edit those too.
If you go to my states, you see there is a square which can contain only one world state at a time. The one in the square is the one currently selected. You then click edit in tapestry and do all your changes and check everything so it's all perfect. When you are done, on the bottom right there is a button to click that says "save to dai" or "import to dai". Click this to set it as the state your game will use when you start a new playthrough. If you don't click this it will not work.
