So I saved my schematics to the golden nug post game during trespasser on the pc, when I start a new game on the ps4 with my psn account that's connected to my ea account, will the stuff I saved on the golden nug transfer over or not?

No, I don't think so.  Each platform has its own set of saves and achievements, and that's the source of the info for the transfer.
