Oh thank goodness the Gaspard error is fixed! I was worried about Teagan's mental health and thought that when I had all 3 work together, he offed them at some point and stole the throne!

That does seem his style... He's not very good at "the Game"

PC versions are always smaller, I think due to compression.
Anyone have any idea whether this fixes that irritating bug with a character occasionally just freezing up during combat? Tks in advance.....
Oh, good point. They really need to fix that. Can't believe it wasn't in the notes if they fixed it, and if it's not in the notes because they didn't fix it, well... come on, Bioware.

I HOPE that's fixed! The other day I died pathetically on Normal during the Haven battle because both Cass and Cole were stuck. Solas had one health point left, and I was already dead. He failed in reviving me obviously... and I never die at such an easy point in the game!

To the best of our knowledge, "No."
This is a problem with the FB3 engine, not the game code. BioWare cannot fix this, DICE must. (Yes, both are EA subsidiaries.)

Have anyone else's mods stopped working after the update? My 'no dirt build-up' (and potentially others I don't know about yet) have stopped working, even after re-merging via mod manager...

The engine has this problem? And EA is using it as a standard for their developers? They're going to be releasing huge content like Battlefront using it, and they haven't fixed something like this?

Source? The problem only started after a certain patch, so obviously Bioware inadvertently caused it and can fix it.

Interesting... my mods are working just fine after that update. I always remove the mod folder before I update the game, then make a new one.

But it is also very likely to get corrupted. There was a time one of my patch download fell from more than 78% to near 50% and the patch was around 4GB. That download had to pass another 1GB again. A huge waste.

If it's the stuck bug I'm thinking of, then switching to that character and jumping with them will get them unstuck.
There's another (thankfully very rare) bug that seems to involve a combination of invisibility and certain actions such as flask of lightning that actually causes the game to lose track of the character's position, and that has been present since launch. The character does not get stuck so much as go perma-invisible and cannot interact with the world. Switching to them outside tactical mode will cause the camera to spaz out and, if the player keeps the camera on that character, will cause the game to throw your party to an out-of-bounds area on the map.
Final patch for DA2 came about a year following the game's release, so possibly we'll see a few more patches. Game is in very good shape as it is, though.

Regarding the freeze bug, I think someone said somewhere else that you can also get around it by bringing up that radial menu and issuing the DISENGAGE command. Haven't tried it myself yet but at least you shouldn't need to then exit the tactical cam in order to do this (unlike jumping)......!
