Well it's simple. I have almost 4 million credits to spend. I don't hack (I don't got any problems with it either though...) and I want some verification for what my instincts are saying. Lets assume I'm not going to go to the trouble of uninstalling DLC. What's my best bet for III/IV Equipment?
Buy JEP's til you max your Consumables. (Medi-gel/TCPs/Missiles/OpsPks)
Buy 99k Packs? (Realistically doesn't matter which one at this point?)
Or am I missing something?
There's nothing that can improve your chance of getting more level 3/4 equipment. Just buy SPs or PSP and you'll get them, maxing your consumables won't do anything I'm pretty sure because you won't get level 3/4 equipment in the first slot.

JEPs until rockets etc maxed out, then SPs.
I've got maxed manifest problems..wait until you are down to 1 of everything..then go on a spending streak..Might make you feel better.

Wrong, you get an additional slot for level 3 equipment (I don't believe you can get an additional level 4 equipment though).
According to Murphy's law it will always be filled by a stabilisation midule III

Do this, after it`s all maxed, buy other packs.
SP will give 4 silver and one gold card, but will often drop a character card in the place of a silver card.
PSP will give 3silver and 2 gold cards, but will drop a character card in place of silver, like the SP does.
AP will drop 3 silver and 2 gold, and nothing else, no silly character card, just 3 silvers and 2 golds. It`s what i buy when i delete.
Buying just SP will give you more silvercards overall, but less lvl4 stuff.
If you want a balance between lvl3 and lvl4 go AP. PSP are crap, as they often drop 2+2+character card

There's already a thread somewhere here on bsn that describes the right order to spend. but in short and sweet - it's a waste to buy for example ap (2 ur slots) when u still missing some rares/ ( heaven forbid missing uncommon) - cause those slots can be equally filled by uc&r. Complete ur manifest bottom up - or prepare to live with l1 ur's 4 a long time . Ur intended bulk spending is favourable. Terminator Force had many objections in that thread, but mercifully gave in the end (if u intend to read all of that). The probability stat's have proven themselves to be generally correct (given some random stat noise).

stop saying its best to spend money on packs to max things you dont want, so that u dont get them later on when u spent the rest of it...

That's the answer I was looking for, thx. In line with my own reasoning from everything I've seen thus far on buying packs.

Honestly I've thought about finally trying some mods, but I had issues getting Modmaker and frankly, I still find the core game fun enough on it's own. Still able to find new things every once in a while. Latest has been a Vorcha Soldier binge.

save up some creds, delete every dlc except reckoning, cross fingers, spend creds, venom? maybe, if you are lucky
