We need to get one or two dwarf. Dwarf LI was never been in the whole DA!

BloodKaiden: Bringing this back a bit yet I just beat The Jaws of Hakkon DLC in my canon play and I would be very interested in having an Avvar male mage as a LI in the next game. Perhaps one with a spirit guide still with them making him exiled from his tribe although holding to the ancient ways of his people with a deep hatred for the Tevinter Imperium.

I will again cast my vote for a Female or male Elf for a love interest for a Elf. Same  for a  Dwarf.

 

They can even be bisexual if that pleases BW's writers but,its way past time.

I would love for Calpernia as well as a female Dwarf to be love interests for all races in the next Dragon Age game. Calpernia would be the straight male love interest (in the comic Magekiller, she is in love with a man called Marius) whereas the female Dwarf would be a bisexual love interest.

Maybe it could be a situation like Leliana where she used to be in love with Marjolaine before Marjolaine betrayed her, one could very well assume prior to Dragon Age Origins, Leliana appears to be lesbian since she reputedly never romantically loved anyone but Marjolaine prior to Dragon Age Origins but it turns out she is bisexual. Perhaps the same could be true of Calpernia where she seems straight in Magekiller but it could turn out in Dragon Age 4 whereby she is bisexual, its just that she was in a relationship with Marius at the time.

Yup, no reason to assume she's straight unless she expresses an exclusive attraction to men at some point.

Female. Dwarf. So i can finally play a Male Dwarf and so he doesn't have to Spend half his gold in the brothel. I'd say a Female Qunari as well , but naturally we need our Human ones and if we're lucky a elf. (This is for Females / Romancable for Men , )

Dalish elf who is not mentally unstable. So far we have Velanna who was completely insane and Merrill who had unhealthy obsession with the Eluvian. Male preferably, since the other two were both women.

I just realised I probably won't have any interest in any new LI until I know how Solas' story turns out. Like, there's only so much angsty multitasking one heart can do, you know?

 

Man, that's depressing.

 

But I suppose if there was a male elf who happened to sound a lot like Inquisitor Ameridan, I could save him for a second playthrough

I see where you're coming from but I think you have the wrong franchise! Actually, in all seriousness, a grim, hard world is a good thing to keep it from being totally despondent. It's like a "something worth fighting for" thing.

Sera was a walking "F U!" to elf fans and Solas doesn't care for modern elves, and both of them loathe the Dalish, so their constant badmouthing really wore away at me. I hope BioWare got it out of their system with Solas and Sera and the next game (and elven romance) will have a less "screw you, elves!" attitude.

 

EDIT: A dwarven LI and/or female vashoth romance would also be lovely.

Really being part of the rebellion with my next char and another fellow elf slave (as it looks like foreshadowed in the ending slides) sounds neat, time for empowerment

I'm not going to dispute that there aren't enough positive portrayals of the Dalish, I think that myself. I don't believe any of it is an 'FU' to elf fans, just a genuine *attempt* to have balanced portrayals of all cultures. However I've already seen those arguments play out on these boards.

 

I will say that Sera was an asshat who completely enraged me on behalf of my Lavellan, after the temple of Mythal. So glad I didn't romance her.

 

As for Solas, I don't believe he hates the Dalish, not for a second. My Inquisitor argued with him about it, and what I got from him was a mixture of real frustration and pity for them. He tried to share knowledge with them, got predictably touchy when they weren't 100% receptive, and well, that's Solas for you. He softens up on the topic with the Inquisitor later, depending on how conciliatory they are on the subject. I have my issues with Solas, but no, he doesn't hate the Dalish, not even though he's probably going to blow them up like everyone else.

Tamassran would be nice. Also, a female knight that is related to your origin and is "your" knight, in the service of your family or something similar. Every time we see female warrior, it has to be she's cold/distant/professional at first, she doesn't trust you, you have to get her to warm up, yada, yada. A different approach where she's already close to you would be fun.

I want an attractive male dwarf LI who is funny, honorable, honest, and is terrible at making up stories. Either straight or Bi, but I want to be able to romance him as a female.

Do not want for hero any forced "friends" / companion/advisors, if we do not recruit them ourselfs, as our option to have them with us and to be alliance with them, and do not want to see things where there is no aftermath for their action and heroes what could effect them

 

We should be able to have a choice of our advisors (it would be better if they would represent our alliances, so if we are choose side of the rebel mages, we would have rebel mage(as Fiona could be in Inquistion), and if we would side with Templars we would have Templar and etc.) and companions ... and it is better not to have a companons which is make sense only as agents at least(as was Sera, Blackwall, Cole who was noone)

 

Want more nonhumans and mages, nonandrastians companions/advisors/love interest for non-humans and mages heroes(cos humans males and females heroes of human and non-human races will have them anyway) characters because it's not funny and slap in the face of players to have 2 andrastians nonmages human females and who lelianna(the same who could be killed) friends, again

 

Want Bioware give nonhumans and mages males heroes, someone like

 

1)Straight Elven mage female (elven laetan magister or dalish / Elf ancient one), who is not andrastian and have a realistic pragmatic viev on magic and  blood magic, and who will not romance humans because it makes no sense.. .personaly i want to see the "hybrid" of the Morrigan, Vellana and Merriil

 

2)Straight Dwarven female(Dagna or Valta (now I personally think of Valta more that Dagna) .. but I'm sure that we have Harding as our spy / advisor)

 

3)Bi or straight Kossith female Tal vashot (real one, not a secret qun spy., the one who really hates and fight against Qun) sareabas 

 

and some 1 bi noble human female for human heroes who would not be as Cassandra and especially like Josephine, Isabella and Lelianna...maybe someone like Aveline, Vivienne, Bethani

 

 

want to have a real Tevinter companion, mage-magister blood mage......not a Tevinter exiles and other fake crap like Fenris(as Tevinter warrior) or especially Dorian(as Tevinter magister) was, and as his Maevaris Tilani would be with their stupid "lucerni" opposition

Dagna isn't straight - she can end up with Sera at the end of Trespasser depending on certain player actions. She could still be a bisexual love interest, but I'd rather they use Harding and not break up Dagna and Sera in the world states where they got together. Valta would also be a cool option!
