aftThe same room that Inquisitor wakes up, Which is located in Haven. The items are contained in a small chest near the opposite wall from the bed. i can't received flames of inquisition Gear & Dragon Gear in small chest on Story Mode.

I have tried removing and re-installing the game. But the result was not changed. not received item in small chest.

"Ericksona(EA): Thanks for waiting Phai. I checked your Dragon Age: Inquisition account and you already got the Starter Chest last 9th December 2014.

Ericksona(EA): means that you already got the Starter Chest that you said you are missing. You are not missing anything on your Dragon Age: Inquisition account.

Ericksona(EA): I pologize but we cannot do anything about it.

Erickson(EA): As like what I have said you already get the starter chest.

Erickson(EA): We don't have the ability to grant that again to your game."
