It might be a good time to start letting people know War Cry's armor bonus is broken.  It isnt 200% armor, more like 2000% armor.  As long as War Cry hits is activated all physical damage is reduced to 1-2 for the next 10 seconds.   

And no, I dont know what happened to the decrasing armor values past 4 seconds.  Space Magic? 

 

 

Might as well turn this thread into a secret data-bank of knowledge.  Know any glitches/bugs that are useful?  Share 'em here!

I never tested that.  I just know that warcry doesnt trigger the cooldown if you didnt hit an enemy, so I just kept hitting it till some guard popped up.  I'll test it later I guess.

You don't even have to hit anything with it every time you use it you get the armor buff ;D

I never tested that.  I just know that warcry doesnt trigger the cooldown if you didnt hit an enemy, so I just kept hitting it till some guard popped up.  I'll test it later I guess.  

 

I tested it a long time back and found that it would apply even without hitting any enemies.  Definitely a nice bonus to the skill

Well apparently Korbin and Pala are just masters of ignoring physical damage, if they have an ability that can render them invincible forever, under the right circumstances.

Can't u test it while in the fade? I mean it doesn't actually raising in character info while in fade?
Been using this skill on SS since her appearance and always thought it was normal to receive 1 damage from phys attacks. By the way u visually can't see the icon of war cry while it lasts

Learnt this from the other thread: Deathblow does not need the upgrade to have no cooldown.   Thanks for the Warcry tip!

 

What about Bear Maul the Wolves walking backward to get 1 damage?  Did they fix that with Patch 11?

This is awesome info.  Guess I'll be dropping Charging Bull for Warcry on the sister.  We need to start a thread listing all the favorable oddities such as this.

Yesterday something superweird happened to my silent sister.

 

I started playing in FC on perilous on PS4 and she just didn't generate any guard, not even with charging bull.....

I exited the first game and tried a new map, tevinter, where the guard generation worked.

Then I tried FC again and guard just didn't generate..... The weird thing is that it happened only in FC, the other maps work as intended.

I was not the host and it didn't work, so I tried the map as a host and guard generation worked.....

And let it be known that, up until this patch , there was a bug in the store. I was the only one that used it, to my knowledge, it let you buy two chests for the price of one. I am on PC. Just thought I'd share how much if an ******* I am for never sharing that knowledge with ANYONE! That is how **** got patched, when it became known. Just wished I had the foresight to make a video of it
