Hello, i have a question regarding Dragon Age Keep and how to sync my Warden there... I've just finished DA:O and after i logged onto my Origin account in game for the first time, now please help me figure out how does this work, will my Warden automatically load into the Keep or do i need to do something myself? (Already made sure that uploading is checked in the ingame options).

Note that i played it from Steam (though i doubt it matters as you log to your Origin account in game) - through family share, just wondering can that impact the syncing, will i perhaps have to purchase the game myself first?

I'd appreciate any help!

You have to be logged in with your character for it to go into the keep properly I find. Origins tends to be a little slow it may be because it's on an old engine or whatever I'm not entirely suer but it does tend to be a bit slow with me. Once it's done that and detected it it's fairly easy to just tweak and change as much as you need If I were you to help speed I find that changing the tiles as you're working your way through the game tends to make the process run a bit more efficiently as it will then copy it through anyway

Alright it has finally recognized my warden, there are two slots of the same character though, i assume that's one from Origins and one from Awakening expansion?

Anyway, now what i should do is to add him to a world state and start going through the tapestry and picking the choices that i made in the game right? And once I've done that, that's it?

Also had an odd thing happen while investigating all this... When i launched Origin it auto recognized that i had Dragon Age Origins installed and started patching it (Even though i have the standard edition on Origin, one that was free and Ultimate Edition on Steam), after which i couldn't launch the game off Steam anymore. So then i had to run ''verify integrity of the cache'' on Steam in order to fix the game.

Is there any way to keep Origin from messing with my games?

yeah that's pretty much it select the character you want and select the various options to set up your history. As for Origin messing with your games no I don't think so but then I'm not familiar with that. As for having 2 of the same character I'm not suer but Awakening in terms of the keep is considered part of Origins so you only have to pick one unless you've got a second Origin's character saved somewhere that's really the only explanation I can think of as to why it's showing 2

I have a copy of the save from when i finished Origins on my desktop. If it scans outside of the game's folders then it might have picked that up.

Anyway I've sorted everything now. Thanks for your assistance, i appreciate it!
