6 weeks...and still not shipped

On Aug 27th I ordered the Tali bust and 2 lithographs (The Team and N7 Tagged) and got the payment confirmation and saw the money disappear from my account. The items were gifts for my girlfriend that was moving into her new apartment. Her favorite characters are Tali, Miranda, and Garrus. So seeing that these items involved all of them for the most part they were going to be perfect.

A week after ordering the Tali bust arrived and was great. Perfect. Could tell that the girlfriend was going to love it. However...the 2 lithographs have yet to even ship. I check the tracking on the "Where is my stuff?" page from the store and everyday it says "not ready to ship".

I have opened up tickets with customer service that seem to be going no where. The ticket was opened on Sept 26th and still says "awaiting assignment". No one has even looked at it.

And being out the money is one thing. but to see the open wallspace above her computer desk where I was going to hang one of the prints...that hurts worst. She moves into her new apartment this weekend. I had been buying dekss, chairs, shelves, arkwork, collectables for the past 6 months. Going to the new apartment these past few days after work to build her a room of her favorite stuff. That big open space just taunting me.

I doubt anyone will read this from bioware or customer service but I just wanted to express how disappointed I am right now.

Sorry for all the mistakes, it's 11 am and have been up all night.

I have the same problem. Got an answer from the support 3 weeks ago about a delay, then nothing. Wrote an update on my support ticket but no reply from any staff..  This is what the e-mail says when you register a ticket. "Our staff works Monday through Friday during normal business hours in an effort to keep response times under 48 hours".. so Bioware.. what is happening? I placed my order august 27th as well.

Same thing with me too (UK). Ordered the N7 tagged litho and DA:I mug back in August and I've received the mug but the litho is nowhere to be seen. I've emailed the support team last week but haven't had anything back from them yet. The 48 hours thing must be a joke, last time I had a query with them I had to email again after a week and a half with no reply, then they eventually got back to me. The person who did get back to me was very helpful though.

 

Do lithos normally take this long to send? Approaching the 2 month mark now.

Same. Places my order at the end of Sept. Put in tickets, phone calls, went on FB and twitter. Nothing. Contacting Better Business
