The sabre because damage per shot wise it does alot more damage in which you can stack whatever weapon bonuses on. The Valkyrie is too dependant on headshots to do a good amount of damage. Plus the recoil is annoying as ****. It might of been more respectable if it had the stability of the Geth rifle.
The only bad thing about the Sabre is it's named after a horrible hockey team.

The Valkyrie doesn't stagger bosses......so the Saber wins based on sheer stopping power........
I love the Valkyrie against cerberus & collectors..yes, it is a head-shot machine ..I just feel the Valkyrie was created to deal mainly with mooks...but try one after the other against a boss...the Saber wins.
