I had played Mass Effect for the longest time on the XBOX360, and bought some of the DLCs, but the damn thing get breaking, and eventually it was just too much of a hassle, so I went to PC.

I can understand that I'd need to purchase a copy of the game, but my DLCs are linked to my account. Anyway I can get those ported over to the new medium? Thanks.

Sadly there isn't.

I've had to buy the DLC for the 360, PC, and the PS3. They don't even offer a discount.

To get the DLC for the PC version, you have to buy the PC software. If you ever go back to Xbox, you can always re-download any DLC previously purchased to your account, but that licence does not extend beyond the Xbox 360 (i.e. it doesn't apply to PC, Sony or Nintendo systems, or even the XBox One.)
