Like I've said. Too many Fallout fans around here and mods that only respond to reports. Regardless, I'm not fan of thread locking, just find it funny that actual on topic threads get closed instead.

I got a PS4 on Friday along with the UC Trilogy, but have been playing a bit of MGS V - graphically it's beyond my expectations, and game-wise it's highly addictive if you like sneaking around, as I do. As ALTBOULI says, you only really need to have played Ground Zeroes for V to make anything approaching sense. Also, I can now confirm from first hand experience that The Last of Us Remastered makes any 'failstation' comments funny in a different way from your intention. 

 

I think FO4 looks great, but I'll wait till it's cheap because I've struggled to warm to past entries.  Apart from Deus Ex and UC4, there isn't much to seriously tempt me until Andromeda drops.

 

Looks like Ground Zeroes is no longer free, so I might have to pass, or wait for some combo of both to get released.

^ Failstation has higher user base at the moment by like double or something. Mix that info with lower install base of new consoles. And PS4 is the way to go out of the gate before I eventually get them both. Because online gaming and connecting with other players is very important too (ie. Most Dark Soul 2 players play it on 360 instead of the superior X-Bone version just because way more players to connect too instead of the ghost town of...).

 

Failstation also has superior analog sticks, which mimic the 360 ones. While the X-Bone ones mimic the crappy PS3 ones... I'm still waiting to see if any brains where involved in the design of the elite gamepad which I've yet to try. 

 

Unfortunately Sony never figured out how to make D-Pad still....

You know, I always loved the Fallout series, but I think I will pass: I'm training again for a race (Chattanooga Ironman 140.2 september 2016) and I cannot really afford to spend too many hour awake in the night: the baby is doing that already for me...

 

Still playing some ME3, but is about it. The XBONER is sitting idle with DA:I about 1/7th completed...

they come out the same day....I became a big fan of the new Tomb Raider series.. I will be buying my 1st Xbone just to play Rise of the Tomb Raider..... then Arkham Knight, then NBA2K16, then Halo 5..then maybe Fallout..but I doubt it cuz I will be reviewing the list of every single xbox one game that came out since launch.and picking up the one's that interest me....maybe sometime in a year or 2 I will get around to fallout 4...after they fix everything that is going to be wrong with it like every single other bethesda game ever made...

Fallout 4 will require about 5 huge patches to be playable and about 100 mods to fix obvious things like inventory managment/map and so on. Because, you know, companies that make RPG's make the most retarted inventory screens in games were inventory managment is key and players spend like 30% time in them.

I will playing Fallout 4 on PC and then get Rise of the Tomb Raider on PC in Early 2016. No shortage of other PC games in-between as well. Star Wars Battlefront, The Crew: Wild Run, Assassin's Creed: Syndicate, Just Cause 3, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege, RollerCoaster Tycoon World, The Witness, Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen, XCOM 2, Mirror's Edge Catalyst, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Tom Clancy's The Division, Hitman, Far Cry: Primal, TrackMania Turbo and other surprises.

Agreed, it was quite fun, especially after I figured out that the orbital strike would kill an AT-AT in 1 attack (once shields were down ofc). And the auto locking SAM missile was awesome against aerial units

 

Now if I could not crash into the terrain when flying I'd really be onto something. Or blow myself up with the thermal detonator ..

 

Other than that, temporarily becoming Darth Vader or Luke Skywalker was awesome! I finally got to figure out what it was like from the Stormtroopers perspective when they see Skywalker coming at them .. like 'Ooooh S$#@!!'

Yes it is very expensive. Its a $60 Multiplayer only game with with only 12 maps. That is $5 per map. The complete game STAR WARS™ Battlefront™ Ultimate Edition = $110. You can get dozens of high quality games with 1000s of hours of content in the Steam Holiday sales with that amount of money or buy a years supply of chocolates. Very hard decision I know.

yeah i never figured out how to pilot those aircrafts. I saw some really good pilots, maybe they were using a controller? I so wanted to do the cable trick with the speeder but I never got the chance, for I crashed or got killed before each time

 

and I'm ashamed to say I must have had the lousiest heroes ever for it took me a long time to figure out how to parry gunfire with my sabre. Sorry teammates...
