Because the Mass Effect 2 and 3 DLC takes up so much space on the 360, I have had to put them on usb sticks. My question is this: when I decide to import my ME2 saves into ME3, do I need to have the DLC on the system? Or does it only require a save file? The reason I ask is because before I put the ME3 with all its DLC's onto my Xbox I want to put all the ME2 DLC back onto their designated USB to free up space, and then put the main game on there after I import.
Forgive me as I am not tech savvy. But I want to do a full play-through of all 3 games before Andromeda comes out and I don't want to screw everything up.
