I think you are secretly a penguin and just want the beautiful Josephine to produce an egg so that you can finally have a purpose.
Edit:
You are male, right? I'm assuming you have a penis.

What kind of question is that?
This isn't Mass Effect. They're unlikely to eat different food. Maybe their sources of meat would be different (Ram for humans, say something more wild for the Dalish, but City Elves would likely eat the same stuff as Shems) but that's about it.

The World of Thedas Vol. 2 has recipes from different parts of the world. They eat mostly the same kinds of food, though there are some variations depending on country of origin/race: for example the City Elves drink dandelion wine because it's cheap to make, the Dalish eat the larvae of a wood-burrowing beetle, people from the Anderfels don't get a lot of fruit, bananas come from the north of Thedas (Rivain and Par Vollen).
There's also a codex entry in JoH on Avvar Cuisine which mentions that Orlesian food has 'delicate creams and sauce' while Ferelden food has 'rich pies and ripe cheeses'. The Avvar themselves eat whatever meat they can find, including snails, harts, rams, gurguts and lurkers. They mostly eat stews and baked fish, and for the winter they prepare smoked meat, pickled vegetables and dried fruit. They also treat lowlander spices as great delicacies.
So food is more dependent on country/background than race.

Pretty sure the humans eat what real humans eat, the Qunari eat what they find in the pockets of their dead enemies (such as chicken sandwiches), the dwarves eat rocks and dirt, and the elves don't eat anything at all.

City Elves also ate a salty fish thing in Origins. So Cat food.
Qunari eat bagels. But no cream cheese. It's as the Qun demands.
Dwarves eat stuffed mushroom caps with nug and mud filling.
Humans eat human milk cheese. There are no cows in Thedas, obviously, where do all those cheeses come from? Circle Mages.

Weren't they all bulls? You're not gonna make anything resembling cheese from what bulls make.

If there are bulls, then there are obviously cows. Unless you're suggesting that the cattle of Thedas asexually reproduce.
ALSO, how would the Iron Bull get his name if there were no cattle in Thedas?
