Go through the Win10 privacy settings and it won't collect/send anymore informations about you than Win8.1 does or your internet traffic already tells about you.
Will ME:A also not support PROPER FULL SCREEN like DA:I and Battlefront 3?

This argument doesn't register here that in my last post I clearly stated that I want to end this meaningless post by clarifying some misunderstandings, and my last post was meant for ending the meaningless thread since I acknowledged it's meaningless and I seek no further information.
Yes, but the problem is that your initial post involved complaints directed at EA/BW for a problem that is nVidia/MS-related and that said post was made in the wrong place. I'm afraid that your subsequent clarification was still coming across as more complaining about the sad state of things, even though you did acknowledge that the problem has somehow magically gone away in Win 10.
Furthermore, you were still putting the devs high up on that list when oddball issues like these - again - tend to have far more to do with MS/nVidia-related wonkiness than anything else (heck, the fact that the problem seems to have just gone away due to OS-related changes seems to cement the fact that it's not BW/EA at fault).
It's great that it's fixed in Win 10 as you stated, but you are the one who said you were using Win 8.1. And as Fidite subsequently pointed out, a workaround for the issues with Win 8.1 was listed for this particular problem of your (albeit said workaround may not actually work for everyone). So anyway, I guess we're done. One last thing, though: Even though you say that you don't expect a fix/want a fix and just want this thread closed/ignored, the fact remains that if you personally still can't get the game to work on your system, you really ought to at least try to take your issue(s) to the appropriate places anyway - unless you decide to upgrade to Win 10 and then don't have to worry about it anymore.

As I was expecting, ZVP garden warfare 2 turns out to be another game that can't run on full screen with GT800M, GT900M with windows 8 / 8.1 setup. The root cause seems to be either DICE making Frostbite 3 engine to lack specific laptop monitor native resolution supports such as 1386x768, or simply popcap deliberately skipping a certain laptop native monitor resolution support.
Dragon age inquisition, starwars battlefront, PVZ garden warfare 2 have this "no full screen prob" with nvidia gt800M and gt900M series cards on various laptops. According to my theory based on research of various cases, common factors across 3 games and affected users were 1. GT800M, GT900M (laptops with a bit weird native monitor resolutions such as 1386X768 produced by whatever manufacturers) 2. windows 8 / 8.1 /10 (sometimes) 3. Frostbite engine 4. produced by EA's subsidiary companies (DICE, popcap, bioware)
I have a strong suspicion that the root cause of this issue is as simple as programmers in EA subsidiaries deliberately neglecting to support certain laptop native resolutions such as 1386x768. Therefore I am hereby to predict that ME4 will have the same issue with GT800M and GT900M laptops.

I have a GTX970M with 3GB of VRAM in my laptop and am concerned ithat 3 GB may not enough.
Guess we have a year or so to wait..

Alt + Enter. I know plenty of people with a similar hardware config and they don't have this problem. User error at its finest.

I wouldn't toss around "deliberately" that way. It's just as likely that, if they've even heard that there's a problem with these machines, that they're blaming the problem on crappy driver support and calling it a day.
That's the real beauty of it, ain't it? Blame drivers and call it a day when the real issue lies with the frostbite engine coupled with a flaky origin overlay feature.
I posted more or less the same thing on nvidia reddit, and someone with a little more expertise answered.
