I'm not sure if an intelligent person should "forgive" Hitler after kill million of people.. Just saying..
You did the thing. What's the forum record for invoking Godwin's Law?

ah yes the "monster" who is struggling to escape the past that haunts him when he became a person he is not proud of.
clearly on par with irl terrorists
if the terrorists returned from the grave and try to "redeem himself" you would romance they, forgive them and have sex in a desk?
Regret something does not fix that.
He said some bad things about mages, so that makes him a monster?
He does more than just talk ****, and if the words are nothing I must be in a world when talk is the most useless thing, right?
Because talk does not cause wars and that sort of things, right?
well, saying that you want to kill someone and actually killing someone are 2 completely different pairs of shoes.
well, saying that you want to kill someone and actually killing someone are 2 completely different pairs of shoes.
Get outside and threatens someone saying you are going to kill him, I think you needs to know what is legal and what is not, independent of morality.
And yes, I saw that epilogue slide where Cullen snaps and kills three mages.
This is the same guy that advises you to slaughter Irving and the surviving mages. As if genocide were the solution to any problem.
The only thing that made him realise what a psycopath he had become was having a glimpse of what he would become in the future if he continued down this path: Meredith.
Otherwise, he would continue to be a monster. So thanks, Meredith, for being in Act 3 a shining example of everything a templar should not be.
What conditions give that slide? I never got it. Here is a clip from Witch Hunt and the mages never mention Cullen killing anyone. He does sound like he suffered from PTSD.
Say it true please, you are with him because he is a pretty athletic sentimental blond. If he looks like that you won't romance him:
Say it true please, you are so passionately discontent w/ Cullen's character because he started out as the tortured mage-hater templar guy and managed to survive and become a "pretty athletic sentimental blonde" who is now popular w/ the female fans
life just isn't fair...

It's if you are a mage and have the circle granted independence.

Cullen has never harmed a mage; the epilogue slides are non-canon. And must we always be accountable for our views? I thought some terrible things when I was younger but I am not the man I was ten years ago.
Words rarely lead to war, but actions do. Actions like the bombing of a Chantry and the murders of hundreds of people, for instance.
Show me a video where he did kill a mage.
Hell, I bet you've killed more mages than Cullen has. You monster.
Show me a video where he did kill a mage.
Cullen supposedly killed 3 mages if your mage HOF had the circle granted Independence at the end of DAO. However those slides are not meant to be canon it seems, so Cullen basically only did his job as a Templar, capturing and turning over mages to Meredith in DA2. I assume any mage he might have killed during his job would be at failed Harrowings or blood mages/demons.
Of course, i am jealous, why i cant be a drug addict psychopath unstable?
He hates with intensity the mages, is motive enough to me to dislike the character, even if he killed or not the 3 apprentices.
Nah you're jealous he's hot, popular, and so many girls would throw fictional panties at him. If you were supermodel hot and had alot of underwear thrown at you I bet you wouldn't be expending so much poorly spent negative energy on a fictional character that Bioware went through the effort of developing further in the way that you don't like. There are better things to complain about~
And i have to suppose you are his best friend and he tell you he never killed a mage?
Because you are a expert in Cullen and you even know what is not showed in the game.
Yea we send snapchats to each other. One time he sent one with a sad face and said he's not guilty of going on a murderous rampage. #gospeltruth

I agree. It doesn't fit the Templar. Actually, Adrian (Asunder) and Anders could be called terrorist per the definition.
"Terrorism is defined as political violence in an asymmetrical conflict that is designed to induce terror and psychic fear (sometimes indiscriminate) through the violent victimization and destruction of noncombatant targets (sometimes iconic symbols). Such acts are meant to send a message from an illicit clandestine organization. The purpose of terrorism is to exploit the media in order to achieve maximum attainable publicity as an amplifying force multiplier in order to influence the targeted audience(s) in order to reach short- and midterm political goals and/or desired long-term end states.
They both used violence to start a war. One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter.

He sent you the sad face before or after you was sent to the madhouse?
Show me a video where he did kill a mage.
Hell, I bet you've killed more mages than Cullen has. You monster.
How could i have a video of him doing that?
He only appear one time (two if you are a mage) in Origin, he has a little role in Dragon age 2, and in Dragon age Inquisition he is the most useless thing you can see, even Josephine does more than Cullen, and i think she is better with the sword.
He sent you the sad face before or after you was sent to the madhouse?
He sent one after I went to a mad house party last saturday

So you have no actual evidence of him killing mages, either as part of his duties or otherwise. And yet he's a monster because he once expressed negative views of mages, even though he has said he regrets those things now and wants to change.
Riiiiiiiight.
The slide was a rumor and not a fact.
"There are several rumors about Cullen's fate after the Fifth Blight, which may be revealed if the Warden was a mage or if they sided with him during the outbreak of abominations in the Circle Tower. If the Warden sided with Cullen, or was a mage who did not grant the Circle Tower autonomy, then the rumors say that Cullen will eventually become Knight-Commander of the Circle Tower after Greagoir retires, watching over the magi with a much more strict and cruel regime than even Greagoir had. If the Warden was a mage and did not side with Cullen, and gives the tower autonomy, the templar endures festering mental scars from his experience in the tower. This leads to an eventual mental breakdown during which he kills three mage apprentices before fleeing. These rumors are later revealed to be fictional."
This makes sense.
Get outside and threatens someone saying you are going to kill him, I think you needs to know what is legal and what is not, independent of morality.
So clearly "our" legal system = Ferelden's legal system ... got it.
Cullen isn't going around threatening to kill every mage he sees. Even if he would, he'd just be considered crazy but not a murderer unlike your main character who leaves behind a trail of blood, gore and suffering.
???
How exactly is cullen not guilty but samson is.
I fail to see how Cullen is like Samson.
I hope you are not being hypocrite and your favorite romance is Blackwall, being a former assassin make him worthless or something?
Ew, no. Would never romance Blackwall. Unfortunately, I'm not 100% sure what you're asking.
even Josephine does more than Cullen, and i think she is better with the sword.

Stay classy, BSN. ![]()
Stay classy, BSN.
I blame it on the holiday weekend
This is like watching an episode of Jerry Springer.

I fail to see how Cullen is like Samson.

Everyone hates Blackwall for be a lair and an assassin, but now he want redeem himself, if this make Cullen incredibly hot, why not to Blackwall?
At least he doesn't hate sort of people for how they born.
Lets not forget that Origins was ended with no sequels planned, what was said in the slides all went out the window when EA said "Good news folks, we're doing DA2!". All those slides at the end of Origins were relegated to rumor since they had to make it a series. Had they had the slightest thought that they would be doing a sequel or even a series, a lot of things about Origins would have been much different.
