If they bring Shepard back it would be a disaster because there is no way they can truly capture how people thought their Shepard would handle these situations.

No it wouldn't be nice. Shepard is dead in the MAJORITY of endings. It would not be cool if they canonised an ending which they would have to do for Shepard to live. Shepard is in the Milky way, Shepard shouldn't be Andromeda, Shepard's story is OVER give Bioware a chance to write a new story with new character that isn't shackled by the old.

All the time Bioware mess up with "our" heros. And every time they do horrible things to them. 
They should just give us A FEW (very different) CHOICES what happen to our hero at the end (depending on: What decisions we made in the game). And then: LEAVE HIM / HER ALONE!

No, I don't want that charred, faceless torso anywhere near the franchise anymore.
Bioware butchered Shepard badly enough I don't need to be reminded of that charred torso.

Paragon or Renegade Shepard in the form of reapers or barely living person on life-support?
I'd prefer a crippled Shepard being now the Shadow Brocker (staying out the camera so no prob with the face and the gender) and say behind his omnitech-deepthroat voice stuff like "makes me remembering the old days..."
My Shep was one that managed to survive at the end and...I still don't want her back.
Story is done. Time for bigger and better things.
Bringing back Jennifer Hale/Mark Meer to voice another character though, I approve of.

As nice as it would be to have Shep in Andromeda,I think it is time to move on. This is a new chapter and a new beginning for Mass Effect. I will miss Shepherd and the crew and I'll admit I would love to see them make an appearance in some way. I hope there will be at least a mention or something maybe when our character gets some down time they might talk about Shepherd.
Time will tell 
lol!! I wouldn't mind if my crazy red eyed Renegade Shepard was breathing down my neck.
