I would change Dragon Age II's title back to Dragon Age: Exile.
The fact that it's the only numbered entry into the series - something I hope remains true going into the future - annoys me to no end.
In retrospect, if I could change any one thing, and only one thing, about the series, it would be this;

Yeah, same. In hindsight, I think it was a huge error and lead to more people being disappointed that it wasn't a direct sequel to the first game. (In the sense of not having the same protagonist and setting.)
