It's only good when you give it some crazy stability help. For Turians and Geth Juggernaut, achieving this is no problemo. For everyone else, you need to go;

 

Barrage Gear, Stability Consumable, and one of the SR Scope's (yes, the scope add toward stability - Pro Tip). This does not completely remove recoil, but it's very close and good enough to make this weapon an acceptable melon pop machine again.

put it on the FQI & never looked back...20 Head Shot medal by wave 4 every time.

 

Sabotage, aim for the chest..let it's natural kick get you that head shot.

Well It's been a while since I played the incisor (did it once for the challenge) but the raptor is quite good on a caster or a GI because of good accuracy/fire rate/no shield-gate/low weight combo

Yes. The Raptor is good for an uncommon. The incisor is junk. Raptor is just a scoped Mattock.

It's the worst sniper rifle after the Raptor, so 11.

Better than the Mantis and Viper, and also better than the Raptor unless you have some sort of clicking macro or twitchy red bull fingers.  But... it's the least versatile of all the sniper rifles.  I think it's pretty much impossible to use on anything but a Turian, because you need 100% stability (or close to it) to actually make it work correctly.

It's dead last on my list.I'd rather **** in my hand and throw it at the enemy than use the Incisor,and would probably be more accurate too.
