I see Dorian romance has a lot of banters in other DLCs like descent
Has Cassandra any banter, cutscene or something like that in Jaws of Hakon or Descent?
In trespasser i know she has the scene of the proposal and one in what she says "I love you", are there more?

I forget, honestly.
I don't remember noticing any but I didn't have all party combinations so maybe it was in banter?
I don't remember companions or advisors having any romance content in Jaws Of Hakkon/Descent.

In Jaws of Hakkon If you run over a specific falling tree log over a deep canyon type thing with Dorian in the party he'll comment about his romance (if romanced) if you pick the right reply option when he says not to look down ("already looked"), and he comments on a Cullen romance then instead if Cullen was romanced. Something to do with falling to your death both times.
I do not recall any other comments / banter / one-liners specific to JoH and regarding romances.
I did not notice any romance comments at all in Descent.
